Any monies or funds obtained from the public for fund raising,raffles, sales or donations specifically to Australian Tibetan Buddhist Centre Inc and the Yerpa Monks will need signed written permission from the treasurer with Australian Tibetan Buddhist Centre Inc letter head. We will take no responsibility for and person or group who collect money with out this permission.
The Australian Tibetan Buddhist Centre Inc is the legal sponsor of the Yerpa Monks Tour and as such legally bound to be
responsible for the financing, costing and running of all Yerpa events in Australia. This is
stated in our contract with them, with Sera Mey Monastery, the Australian Dept.
Immigration and the India Government, this is a large responsibility that we are legally
bound to it.
All documentation on the Atbc Inc and it's commitment to the Yerpa monks and their tour
can be viewed on request to the treasurer.
