Continue Patrul Rinpoche's Advice,
There are three things which are best forgetton;
Anger against one;s enemies;
Attachment to love ones; Slothful sleep.
Three are three things which is better to restrain;
one's tongue in public;
one's hand in private;
one's thought all the times.
three are three things which one should keep quiet about;
one' own virtues;
The faults of others;
one's intentions for the future.

Sept 23rd

Patrul Rinpoche's advice,
Three things should not be forgetten; The grace filled Guru; The Enlightened Buddha; Recollection and Awarness.
Three things should be remembered;
The preceptor who ordains you;
The teaching that reveal the Path And Disciplne.
There are three things that you must have;
The Mind which stays where the Body is;
Abody which remain in the right Place;
A mind which dwells in a state of Relaxition.

It is vital that young people, the guardians of our future, develop a strong awareness of the futility of violence and war. They can learn from the examples of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr., that non-violence is the best way to ensure peace in the long term. Because the twentieth century was a century of violence, let us make the twenty-first a century of dialogue.

Our mind is spinning around
About carrying out a lot of useless projects:
It's a waste! Give it up!
Thinking about the hundred plans you want to accomplish,
With never enough time to finish them,
Just weighs down your mind.

You're completely distracted
By all these projects, which never come to an end,
But keep spreading out more, like ripples in water.
Don't be a fool: for once, just sit tight.

everything in our life is temporary or impermanence and it means changing so if things are going well enjoy it because it wont last forever,and if things are going wrong or bad don't worry, too much because it can't last forever either

the mind of the ordinary beings is like an elephant crazy on alcohol. like a mirror through it one can see everything clearly and precisely.the more we clean the mirror the more reflection appears more clearly. similarly the more we check the mind with awareness and mindfulness the more we will be able to see our mind more clear. the point here is most people ignore the nature of mind and blame others for their problems as well as looking at the problems from outside so it is almost impossible to see your own problem.

do not needlessly talk about others fault, if you begin by mentioning others failings, very soon you will be talked about in turn ,like the silly women and fox. the women scornfully said,' you tried to get fish and dropped the meat, your fish is now bottom of the sea, the meat you left in a safe place is in the sky, what are you starting at, wiggling your ears?' The Fox replied 'at you silly shameless women who left her good husband for the man of the moment, who had her clothes and jewels stolen by thief and now has to cover her naked body with leaves'.

however cruel the external evils maybe be, if we surrender ourselves to them sincerely, they will become friendly toward us and even help us. but if we try to become friendly to the Demon of self Cherishing Mind, it will harm us more, therefore it is absolutely wrong if we let our minds to remain under the influence of this Evil thought. why should we no fight against it?

May 6th

what is mind? we will never recognize our mind until we start Meditation,and searching our mind ,like your face you can't see your face even very close to you but what you need to see your face? a mirror and looking inside the mirror you will be able you see your face clean or dirty. similarly without searching or single pointed meditation you will never see your Nature of Mind and as a result we are always confuse by illusion Mind. so my point is when we search and concentrate on Mind we will recognize negative Mind and thus able to abandon and cultivate positive Mind as much as possible and as a result your mind become more clear.

'when the difficulty of finding this human body is understood, there is no way to stay doing nothing. When it's great meaning is seen, passing the time senselessly is a cause of sorrow. When death is contemplated,preparation to go to the next life is made. When actions and their effects are contemplated,source of non-conscientiousness are turned away. When in this way these four roots have become firm, other virtuous easily grow'. Lama Tsongkapa said

Hi Everyone start sharing my teaching on Emptiness by Lama Tshongkha Pa, said 'if we do not accurately Identify the appearance of the inherent Self exactly as it appear to our innate Ego Mind, then some kind of inherent Self will be left over to be grasped at when we later negate the inherently existent Self we have imagined, realizing this kind of Emptiness cannot help us to cut our innate Ego- grasping Mind, therefore what we have to do is first provoke our innate Ego Mind within ourself and then simply look at how the 'I' appears to it and how it grasps at Self. We should do this with strong Mindfulness and deep Concentration and not impose any preconceptions about Self. We must carry on this observation of 'Self' until we clearly and accurately identify the appearance of the Inherent Self as grasp at by our innate Ego Mind. This is very important to understand in order to meditate on Emptiness.' Thank you and i hope everyone will enjoy this wonderful teaching.
