Geshe la arrived on Australian shores in 1995 with a wish to teach Buddhism. Before coming here he consulted with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and his teachers. They gave him their blessings and advice. Geshe-la began his teachings in Northern NSW Australia in 1995. His wish was to establish a Buddhist Centre where monks, nuns and lay students could take refuge in Buddha's teachings. A centre where students can listen, contemplate and meditate on the Dharma. Geshe La has dedicated himself to helping all please enjoy this reminder of the 18 years of service he has extended to his western students. Even though some of the photo are not so clear we hope you enjoy and wish Geshe La a long life fruitful students and to continue teaching us long into the future thank you all for your support and above all thank you Geshe La. |
